About

My name is Lauren Gibbs and I love teaching. I grew up

in Southern California and I enjoy the outdoors, playing with my dog,

spending time with my friends and family, and a good cup of coffee makes

my day. I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a B.A in

Child-Development. I continued at PLNU to compete a Multiple Subject

Teaching Credential and a Masters in Teaching and Learning with a

concentration in teaching reading.

I know this jump into third grade is a momentous one and

I hope to work with you to make it a smooth transition. I believe that the

partnership of the classroom with the home is vital to the students success.

Therefore, it is my privilege to partner with you as your child becomes an explorer

of the world around them. If you have any questions or concerns,
